Politica de livrare - Coldex

The products ordered on our website are delivered throughout Romania through fast courier companies (courierName) or using the own transportation means of COLDEX SRL, depending on the products ordered and the destination location.

Delivery Times

  • The standard delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days; however, it may vary depending on the order volume and product availability.
  • During busy periods, the delivery time may be subject to delays.
  • For products with the status "Available for pre-order," the delivery time may vary between 1 and 7 weeks, depending on the supplier.

Delivery Costs

  • The delivery rates are established through the contract between COLDEX SRL and the partner courier companies.
  • For locations outside the coverage area of the courier company, an additional fee may be charged per kilometer, depending on the distance to the nearest courier office.
  • The exact transportation cost is calculated based on the destination, volume, and weight of the package and will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.
  • Free Shipping is available for orders with a value greater than 5000 RON in Bucharest and 6000 RON in Ilfov County.
  • Free shipping is only available for locations covered by the partner courier companies or by the own fleet of COLDEX SRL.

Payment Methods

  • Payment can be made by bank transfer before delivery or cash on delivery, either through the courier company or a COLDEX SRL representative.
  • If payment is made upon delivery and the transportation is provided by a courier company, a cash-on-delivery fee may apply.

Delivery Conditions

  • Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer in the order, up to the front of the building (house/block). The service does not include carrying the products inside the residence.
  • If the customer cannot be found on the scheduled date and time for delivery, the products will be reserved for 5 working days, during which a new delivery attempt will be made. If contact with the customer cannot be established, the order will be canceled.

Receipt of Parcels

  • Please check the integrity of the parcels at the time of receipt, in the presence of the courier.
  • If you notice any damage to the parcel, request the preparation of a damage report. In case the courier refuses, indicate on the AWB that you received the parcel with damaged packaging.
  • Any subsequent claims regarding product damage during transportation will only be analyzed based on the damage report prepared at the time of receipt of the parcel.

Product Availability

  • In stock – the product is available and can be delivered within 1-4 working days.
  • Available for pre-order – the product is not in stock, and the delivery time can range from 1 to 7 weeks.
  • Out of stock – the product is not available for delivery.

Other Information

  • The transfer of ownership rights over the products is made only upon full payment of the invoice.
  • We reserve the right to modify the delivery time, with prior notification to the customer.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following day.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
