The flexible film with applied carbon layer, FILM CARBON IHS-CPF, is a heating system that operates with a low surface temperature and is made up of heating elements powered electrically, insulated between two polyester layers, with a thickness of only 0.5mm.
The heating element is made of heat dissipators from carbon applied to a polyester film, with ultra-thin silver conductors applied at both ends of the carbon elements to ensure alternating current supply.
For high reliability, copper conductors are laminated over the silver ones.
A second polyester film is laminated over the first to create an insulating cover.
